The "Pro Gourmet 3500" mobile double induction cooktop is as fast as gas and enables precision cooking with Smart Control: 12 power and temperature levels are available, allowing very fine gradation of the required temperature – perfectly tailored to the required temperature. This is ideal for simmering and simmering, among other things. You can also choose between four practical direct functions: Heat I (Level 1), Heat II (Level 2), Boil (Level 8), and Fry (Level 10).
The PowerSharing technology offers a total output of 3500 watts and enables optimal efficiency, as the two cooking zones share the power. If only one of the cooking zones is used, it has a maximum of 2100 watts. If the second zone is switched on, 3500 watts are distributed between both cooking zones. The automatic pan detection and overheating protection also make the mobile double induction hob very safe.
