The slicing thickness can be continuously adjusted up to approximately 20 mm. The large, serrated stainless steel blade with a diameter of 17 cm ensures precise, even slicing of all types of food, whether it's bread with a thick crust, ham, hard sausage, cheese, etc. The amano5 features a food guide bar for better dispensing of large, hard items during the slicing process.
