Usage instructions:

Always fill the aluminum grease tray with water before grilling! A clean solution: Excess grease is collected in it – low-odor and easy to clean, nothing burns. Prevents heat from building up downwards and is therefore also suitable as a tabletop grill.

Care instructions:

Lift the heating element with the control panel from the housing and clean it with a dry cloth/sponge. Ensure it has cooled down completely. Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives to clean the device and accessories. Clean the grill grate and the aluminum reflector tray in warm soapy water. Allow to cool first. Dry all parts thoroughly. Food residue can be removed with a damp cloth or paper towel. The accessories are not dishwasher-safe.
