The open-pore hard nylon fabric with abrasive grain adapts perfectly to all workpieces, does not smear, and leaves a shiny surface like after sandblasting, without changing dimensional accuracy (even thin sheet metal can be processed without problems).

Elastic natural fiber high-tech compound backing plate protects the user (CO2-neutral), is fully trimmable for full use of the disc, and features a noise- and vibration-damping M14 thread for tool-free, lightning-fast disc attachment.
The integrated M14 thread greatly simplifies disc changing, and no clamping nut is required – no risk of contamination from workpiece contact with the steel clamping nut.
