The M/S Conny is a shrimp trawler from the Norwegian coastal region. It was built in the Flekkefjord and was based in Egersund for several years. It is a fantastic model with many details and a fully equipped wheelhouse. The model is suitable both as a static model on the shelf and for remote control on the water. The kit is designed as a static model, but all cutouts for installing the drive and base plates inside the hull are already provided, as is the recess for a 6 mm stern tube. The parts for the drive and linkages for the rudder must be purchased separately.
The new ship model designs from the Norwegian company Model-tec fill a gap in the current range of ship models. Interesting Norwegian ship designs, such as many have surely already had the opportunity to experience on vacation, and which invite you to dream.
The kit is made entirely of wood using laser technology and is beautifully detailed. A real asset for Scandinavian enthusiasts who aren't afraid of building a framed hull with planking.
