Stainless steel garlic press for quickly and easily chopping garlic into cubes, puree, and paste. Dice and chop garlic cloves to the desired size. Simply press the press onto the garlic clove and rock back and forth. For finer cubes or paste, strip again with a knife and repeat steps 1-3. Super fast, clean, and without any residue. Also suitable for fresh ginger.
For fine herbs: Simply pull the herb stems through one of the 5 holes to separate the aromatic leaves from the tough stem.
