Superior 6x6 Design

A fully independent interaxle puts an extra set of drive wheels where you need them most to overcome obstacles that would otherwise be impossible. 6-wheel drive also allows for better traction on steeper grades and more grip on loose and rocky surfaces.

Factory-Installed LED Lighting

Rugged and waterproof, the pre-installed LED lighting will light the way through the darkest night. Accurate scale details are incorporated into the finely crafted headlights, taillights, and side marker lights. The roof visor also features brilliant LED lighting. A dedicated power supply regulates the voltage for bright, even, and efficient illumination.

Rigid Steel Frame

Designed exclusively for the TRX-6 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6x6, the 1.5 mm thick steel frame rails are machined from a single piece for maximum strength. Additional bracing and crossmembers provide exceptional torsional rigidity to resist chassis twisting under load. Full inner fenders and accurately reproduced skid plates enhance realism.

Ultimate Ground Clearance

Traxxas-exclusive portal axles lift the truck at the wheels for ample ground clearance under the axles. To get the same clearance with straight axles (and not get bogged down), your tires would need to be more than an inch larger than the TRX-6's tires. The TRX-6 chassis straddles boulders with ease and definitely takes the road less traveled, leaving everyone else behind.

High/Low-Range Transmission

When the going gets tough, shift into low range and all six wheels provide incredible torque. The Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6 transforms the desert floor into an off-road race track.

Remote Locking Differentials

Traxxas scores another RC victory with three transmitter-controlled locking differentials. Keep the differentials unlocked to take advantage of the TRX-6's tight turning radius, even in 6-wheel drive and the long wheelbase. Lock the front differential or lock both rear axles simultaneously for extreme four-wheel drive traction. Hose-tipped micro cables control the differential action for a scale look and feel.

GTS Aluminum Shocks

Six oil-filled coilover GTS shocks provide silky-smooth damping with threaded aluminum shocks for easy ride height adjustment. Specially calibrated rear springs allow both rear axles to be fully independently articulated for optimal traction on rough surfaces.

2.2" Wheels

Unique 2.2" beadlock-style wheels with contrasting red trim and detailed center caps ride on specially designed all-terrain tires. The soft S1 compound tires are pre-glued and mounted for rugged climbing. A standard 12mm steel hex is used for compatibility with the entire TRX-4 lineup.
