Each tow bar can be installed on your own vehicle using the enclosed installation instructions.
Thanks to the EC approval, which all tow bar types from WESTFALIA-Automotive have,the registration requirement is omitted, and thus there are no additional costs for TÜV inspection.
Each tow bar is protected against weather and environmental influences by a special dipping process, cathodic dip painting.
The delivery scope of the tow bar includes all screws, cables, plugs, etc. necessary for installation, as well as the installation instructions.
Special features:
Types 209-224 and 309-324 vehicles with 3.0 and 3.5 t GVW, upgrading to 3.8 t GVW is possible. For vehicles with bumpers with integrated step, the middle section of the outer skin must be replaced (available from your Mercedes dealer). The DC-IR A906 520 0531 step, including the ball plate, cannot be used. Suitable step: 313285600001 / 313440600001
