Our scarecrow Eulanda uses precisely these characteristics for its appearance. The eyes are made of shimmering marbles that reflect the light and provide a warning look for small birds. Mounted on 19 cm long feathers, the heads move in the wind. The two marbles also move in their eye sockets and produce a light sound.
