The "SafeVak Kompakt" vacuum sealer removes up to 90% of the air, thus depriving bacteria of their livelihood. Vitamins, nutrients, color, and flavor are retained. This way, you can keep your food fresh and marinate it - without preservatives! Films up to 30 cm in size can be used with the vacuum sealer.
Note: Always use commercially available, strong, structured films/bags for heavy-duty vacuum sealers.
