Controls ticks, grass mites, autumn mites, and harvest mites, as well as bird fleas on lawns. Ticks can transmit dangerous diseases such as meningitis or Lyme disease. They are particularly active from April to October. In the garden, ticks prefer to stay on lawns or surrounding areas, such as ornamental beds. Grass mites and harvest mites are also found primarily on lawns and surrounding beds. Their bites cause swelling and itching. They are active from June to October. Bird fleas are often particularly troublesome in the garden in early spring, as old bird nests have not yet been repopulated and the fleas have starved for food. Tick & Grass Mite Concentrate works with natural pyrethrum, which is extracted from chrysanthemum blossoms. Using Tick & Grass Mite Concentrate reduces the danger posed to humans and animals by ticks, fleas, and grass mites. Complete destruction of pests cannot be guaranteed. The product must not be used on animals or humans. Once the product has dried, treated areas can be walked on without concern.
