Infrared heat lamps have a variety of applications. Due to their functionality, which transfers heat directly to the body rather than heating the ambient air, they are primarily used for the rearing and recovery of small animals and farm animals. Especially for young animals, the lamps can create a pleasant nesting warmth that supports growth. In sick animals, the generated heat promotes the recovery process.
But Kerbl infrared heat lamps can be used for more than just animals. If you have very heat-sensitive plants, they can be optimally protected from frost during the cold season with the help of the lamps.
To ensure a long service life of the infrared bulbs, six ventilation slots were integrated into the design, ensuring better air circulation. The bulbs are also protected by a mesh grille. The cable length allows the infrared heaters to be mounted at a flexible height and individually adjusted. This allows the heat output to be tailored to the animals' needs.
