The anthracite-colored, heat-conducting coating on the outside of the baking pan reduces baking times by approximately 20% compared to equivalent tin pans. This saves time and energy. The inner non-stick Teflon Classic coating enables excellent baking results, easy removal from the pan, and simplifies cleaning. Use this multi-talented device to bake up to 12 muffins, cupcakes (filled and/or cream-topped pastries) or other cakes of your favorite recipe at once. Sweet or savory, as you like. You can bake muffins and cupcakes either in paper baking cups or without. If unexpected visitors arrive, you can quickly conjure up delicious pastries. Or bake savory egg pancakes for breakfast, as a snack, or for dinner. Prepare perfectly formed, baked poached eggs in the oven. Simply pour a tablespoon of water into each muffin tin and then crack an egg over each one. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for approximately 11-12 minutes for a lightly runny yolk and approximately 14-15 minutes for a firm yolk. The muffin tin is made in Germany from sheet steel, with a Teflon non-stick coating inside and out, suitable for gas and electric ovens, 38.5 x 26.5 x 3 cm high, 12 x 100 ml capacity, hand wash.
