Juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside – that's how French fries should be. When you make them yourself, you have control over the quality and taste. The cutter processes peeled and washed potatoes. Baked in the oven or deep-fried, they are a delight. If you want to make Belgian French fries, deep-fry them twice.
