The outlet at the bottom of the fat skimmers eliminates the need to tilt, preventing fat and gravy from remixing. Thanks to the transparent, heat-resistant hard plastic up to 100°C, you can always see the separation process. Easy and clean to fill through the large opening at the top. The sieve lid filters out coarse residue. The fat settles on top and the liquid at the bottom. You can easily dispense the desired amount of defatted liquid through the outlet in the base of the jug at the touch of a button.
