These high-quality rubber mud flaps are particularly tear-resistant and torsion-resistant (Shore hardness 85+/-5). They are heavy-duty and very stable. They are temperature-resistant from -30° to +60° Celsius. Compared to other materials, rubber offers the best characteristics for mud flaps: robust, wear-resistant, weather-resistant, frost-resistant, but also flexible enough to prevent breakage and tearing.
The metal claw rail is attached to stiffen the mud flap widthwise. The mounting holes are pre-punched, and the screws for installation are included.
Supplied with mounting strips and a spreader bar. These are made of aluminum-plated steel strip. The enclosed screws are galvanized and chromated.
