The new LANDMANN cast iron grill plate is reversible and therefore a true all-rounder: The flat side is ideal for frying and baking small grilled items that would otherwise fall through the grate (e.g., seafood or fried eggs). The ribbed side, on the other hand, is perfect for meat, e.g., for preparing steaks. Thanks to the ribs, your grilled food receives the typical grill branding. The grill plate is made of durable enameled cast iron and therefore retains heat optimally and is particularly easy to clean. The grill surface measures 30.5 cm in diameter. The grill plate fits into the flexible Modulus grill grate system from LANDMANN.
