The new, sophisticated Bokashi kitchen composter "Sensei" enables the simple, clean, and odorless fermentation of organic waste, thus enabling the production of organic fertilizer in your own home.

Developed jointly by JUWEL and the University of Microbiology, the unique Bokashi kitchen composter "Sensei" impresses with its simple, hygienic operation – completely without dirty hands. Odorous organic waste in the kitchen and the daily trip to the organic waste bin are a thing of the past! In the space-saving Bokashi kitchen composter "Sensei," it is possible to ferment the organic waste of a 4-person family for up to 4 weeks without emptying it. The fermentation process creates an organic plant fertilizer (compost tea), which can be conveniently removed regularly via the drain tap and is ideal for fertilizing plants. The fermentation process is hygienic and odor-free thanks to the built-in activated carbon filter. The enclosed design eliminates flies and vegetable moths.
