The "Illuminated Christmas Tree" is perfect for recreating winter scenes even more realistically and idyllic. The Christmas tree is the centerpiece of every Christmas celebration. Whether it's a small tree in the living room or a large tree in the marketplace in the middle of a Christmas market: as soon as the lights come on, the Christmas spirit is guaranteed.
The Christmas trees are equipped with LEDs, which are similar to a string of lights with light bulbs. The gauges we specify for the trees are only recommendations. You can also use the small tree for 0 gauge or set up the large one in a town square in N gauge. Let your imagination run wild!
Connection is via the luminous flux output of a standard 16 V model railway transformer. Suitable for DC or AC connection. Alternatively, operation with a 12 V plug-in power supply (500 mA, AC/DC) is possible.
Note: The cables of our illuminated trees are coated with a non-conductive paint to prevent short circuits. You can see this paint on the copper-colored cables. If you solder the cables to extension cords or rub off the paint with fine sandpaper, the trees should glow.
