Vacuum sealing and sous vide cooking – no problem with CASO professional films: With a thickness of 150 μm, the material is particularly strong and tear-resistant and even holds sharp objects such as bones or fish bones. The vacuum sealing films are boil-proof up to 100°C for up to eight hours and are also ideal for sous vide cooking. The CASO professional films are also suitable for microwave use (up to max. 70°C). The stable ribbed structure ensures 100% airtightness and an optimal vacuum, providing optimal protection against freezer burn and loss of flavor. This keeps valuable food fresh up to 8x longer!
