The metal construction and functional design distinguish this device. Thanks to its slim shape, the food slicer doesn't take up much space on the countertop. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, making the device robust and cutting precisely.
The cutting thickness can be continuously adjusted up to approximately 20 mm. The removable carriage allows even larger items to be sliced. A food collection tray and a cord storage compartment are included.
The compact1 is powered by a 65-watt Eco motor, which is 20% more economical yet 50% more powerful than its predecessor.
