The SDS plus-5 drill bit is compatible with hammer drills with the SDS plus system. For smooth drilling, the carbide plate is grooved and has notches that penetrate the material more easily and prevent jamming in concrete. The Activteq centering tip ensures active cutting in concrete and a precise hole diameter. In addition, AWB brazing and hardening technology reduces vibration during drilling to minimize excessive strain on the user. The drill bit is intended for use in masonry and concrete. To achieve precise results, the wear marking shows whether the hole diameter is still within the tolerance for the dowels. As proof of quality, the drill bit bears the PGM Masonry Drill Bit Association Board quality test mark, which guarantees conformity to strict tolerances, precise drilling, and a secure hold in the drill chuck. It is made in Germany.
