AlgoGran reliably prevents the proliferation of algae in garden ponds!
AlgoGran removes floating algae (green water) and filamentous algae in a natural and biologically gentle way.
At the same time, AlgoGran makes vital nutrients available to plants. In addition to the humic and tannin substances, tiny infusoria (e.g., paramecium) also eliminate the algae infestation and prevent regrowth. The humic substances cause the water to turn slightly brown, thereby providing protection against excessive sunlight.
Dosage:
Algae control: approx. 500 g of AlgoGran per 1,000 liters of pond water.
Prevention:
Approximately every 4 weeks, approximately 250 g per 1,000 liters of pond water.
