AC 600 is a special cleaner used to prepare substrates for all AC coatings/sealings/primers. This special cleaner removes release agents caused by acid contamination, grease, dirt deposits, and old paint. AC 600 easily removes any remaining formwork oil from new precast elements or de-formed concrete parts. Limescale residues can be easily removed with this special cleaner. The special cleaner is applied with a backpack sprayer in a metered dose (at least 100 - 150 g/m²) onto the pre-cleaned (e.g., using high-pressure water jets) and residually damp substrate. Allow the special cleaner to work for approximately 30 minutes, then remove the special cleaner and release agent from the surface (e.g., using high-pressure water jets).
