The Müritz is a replica of a model kit and blueprint that was very well-known and popular in the former GDR. Its attractive shape and construction were originally designed by Karl Schulze. The frame construction with large hull sides allows for quick and easy assembly.
This kit was designed for remote control and modern electric motors and fully recreates the charm of the historic model.
The wooden kit contains all plywood parts pre-cut with a laser beam, including the shaft and stern tube, as well as all the necessary materials for the rudder and linkages. Detailed assembly instructions explain the assembly of the precisely fitted laser-cut parts, so that even a beginner with experience in working with wood should have no problems.
