- Replaces spring clips. Greenhouses should always be placed in wind-protected locations to prevent the house from cooling down and simultaneously protect it from storms. If a wind-protected location is not possible, but you still want to have a greenhouse, we recommend this wind protection kit. It increases safety in the event of wind problems. When using this kit, the glass spring clips are not required. Plastic strips secure the twin-wall panels along their entire length, while additional aluminum hooks also secure the HKP to the upper and lower profiles.
