With this versatile gas grill, various cooking methods are child's play. The grill can be used as a traditional smoker, as a steamer, or as a conventional grill. This also allows the cooking chamber to remain closed throughout the entire cooking process, resulting in more even cooking, even if you frequently adjust the heat or add more aromatic wood. Using the water bowl, you can vary the cooking process; instead of plain water, you can add seasoned water, marinades, or broths to give the food a special flavor. Additionally, the smoker box can be used to smolder aromatic wood of your choice, thus operating the grill as a smoker.
