With the stainless steel compact vacuum sealer from Westfalia, you get a practical household aid for preserving your food for as long as possible. The vacuum sealer is capable of optimally sealing even large quantities of food if they need to be stored without preservatives and freezer burn.

You have the option of sealing a variety of foods. Meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruit, and baked goods can be vacuum-sealed in portions in bags, keeping them fresher for 6 times longer than without a corresponding seal. A positive side effect of vacuum sealing is the preservation of nutrients, vitamins, and flavor, even over a longer period of time.

The possible uses are not limited to food storage. The sealed bags can also be used for sous vide cooking and preparing marinades.

The compact vacuum sealer can be used with films or bags up to 30 centimeters wide. You can choose between automatic or individually controllable sealing. The sealing time can be regulated in two stages (moist/dry). Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Westfalia stainless steel compact vacuum sealer can be easily stored in cupboards after use.
