The Li 7 microprocessor charger from AEG is a charger specifically designed for Li-Ion batteries, designed to optimally charge them with their specific charging requirements, unlike conventional car battery chargers.

The charger is equipped with a microprocessor (MCU - Micro-Computer Unit) and has fully automatic charging, diagnostic, rescue, and maintenance functions.

After selecting the connected battery (6 volts or 12 volts), the charger detects the battery capacity and condition and calculates the required charging parameters (charging voltage, charging current). This enables efficient and safe charging.

If the battery voltage is set incorrectly, or if the battery is defective, no charging will take place and the "Error" LED will light up.

The "trickle charge" function allows the charger to remain connected permanently. The full charge level is maintained.
