Legal Notes:

1. No Helmet Required
According to the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVo), helmets are only required for light mopeds at speeds over 20 km/h. However, for your own safety, we recommend wearing a helmet.

2. Vehicle Registration Plate
This vehicle requires an insurance registration plate (printout of the current liability insurance policy).
An EU type approval (EEC) is enclosed. With this vehicle registration document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.

3. Driver's License
You need a license to drive a moped. Minimum age 15 (§4 FeV). Persons born before April 1, 1965, are exempt from the license requirement.
