Universal sealant for permanently elastic sealing of concrete, wood, stone, metal, roofing felt, Styrofoam, and many plastics. Also suitable for waterproofing buildings in accordance with DIN 18195.

MEM Water Stop is a solvent-, silicone-, isocyanate-, and bitumen-free MS polymer-based product. This new coating achieves crack bridging of at least 10 mm, is UV-resistant, and impervious to splash and rainwater, even during curing! Low consumption, approx. 2.3 kg/m².

Can be used almost anywhere: Cars, boats, balconies, terraces, flat roofs, and even for waterproofing exterior basement walls.
