The Gartenmeister trimmer head is an essential component for the mobile petrol brush cutter "BFF52." The brush cutter has large wheels and therefore moves easily over any terrain. Unlike with other tools, you don't have to carry the trimmer while working, thus relieving strain on your back.
The brush cutter has a trimmer head that you can replace when it's worn. A trimmer head functions as a spool onto which the 3 mm cutting line is wound. The line protrudes from both sides of the spool. During operation, centrifugal force pulls the threads outward and cuts the plants.
When the threads are worn, tap or press the device briefly on the ground and accelerate. The pressure on the ground triggers a button that releases new thread. Centrifugal force causes the threads to extend outward again.
A tip: Always keep a spare trimmer head in stock so you can continue working even during longer periods and when the threads are worn.
