With the compact steam oven "Steam Chef," you can now use professional technology at home: It combines the Roasting, grilling, and baking functions of a convection oven with the gentle preparation of a steamer. The hot steam surrounds the food with moisture, improving heat transfer and preventing it from drying out.

Your food cooks more evenly and gently – if desired, even without added fat. This way, roasts, poultry, and casseroles turn out juicy on the inside and crispy brown on the outside. The vitamins and nutrients are largely retained. Everything retains its color, firmness, and natural flavor. Of course, you can also use the oven and steam functions individually.
