The silicone is soft and flexible, so the patties can be optimally formed using circular hand movements on the lid.

The fantastic thing about the Moesta-BBQ burger press is that you can make patties of different weights at the same time.

Perhaps the lady only wants a 170g patty, while the gentleman wants to eat a large burger with a 250g patty - no problem with this meat press.

Quick instructions in 3 Steps

• Place the ground beef into the lower part of the press.

• Place the lid (logo side) on top and press firmly.

• Open the lid and remove the patties.

Tip: Freeze your patties with the press. Frozen patties retain their shape better when grilled. By the way: You can use the BurgerRings XL to make custom-fit buns for your patties!

The patties can either be grilled immediately or frozen for later consumption. It's practical to vacuum seal them individually in film or freeze them together with the burger press.

By the way, when you remove the patties, the meat doesn't stick to the silicone at all.
