The beautifully designed "Florida" outdoor gazebo consists of a rust-resistant aluminum construction that is very stable, maintenance-free, and durable. The highlight: The deceptively realistic wood look gives the gazebo a particularly elegant design and blends seamlessly into any garden or patio.

Stylish caps conceal the screws and provide an aesthetic finish. The high-quality gazebo is designed for year-round use and can be left outdoors over the winter without hesitation. Assembly is straightforward and can be completed quickly by 2 to 3 people within a few hours. No specific tools are required. The screw kit with bolts for anchoring to the ground is included.

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by

- improper or inappropriate handling
- environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- non-observance of any safety precautions
- non-observance of the operating instructions
- use of force (e.g. blows, impacts, falls)
- unauthorized Repair attempts
- normal wear and tear

A claim under the warranty requires that the guarantor be given the opportunity to examine the warranty claim by sending in the goods. Please ensure that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service without this copy. The receipt of the invoice is used to calculate the warranty period. You must also provide the name and address of the seller, unless this is clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty will be processed freight-free. Any shipping costs you incur will then be reimbursed by the guarantor.
