The 500-watt dehydrator is easy to operate using the on/off switch with indicator light. Once the motor with fan blades is started, the dehydrator heats up to a maximum of 70°C. Once the drying process is complete, unplug the power cord and let the dehydrator cool down. A damp cloth is sufficient to clean the base, and the storage racks are dishwasher-safe.
