This open pulley is designed to pull tree trunks vertically to the path. It is also useful for changing the path or avoiding obstacles.
When used at heights, the angle of pull lifts the end of the trunk, reducing friction with the ground. The pulley is smooth and has no sharp edges, so it cannot damage synthetic ropes.
