The float's buoyancy ensures that the inlet of the suction line is sufficiently clear from the bottom to prevent sand and other dirt particles from being sucked in.
A specially manufactured foot valve is included. It has a special feature: an eyelet into which the float can be hooked.
The foot valve, which is attached to the inlet of the suction hose, also effectively prevents the intake of larger dirt particles.
This sophisticated technology significantly increases the operational and functional reliability of the pump when pumping water from wells and cisterns.
