There are three different ways to specifically combat mites: biological, physical, or chemical. Each is very effective on its own; when combined individually, they achieve synergistic effects! In the case of a severe mite infestation, it is important to act quickly! Therefore, we recommend the fast-acting Miltex insecticide concentrate for large chicken coops and our Aparasit insect spray for small chicken coops. Additionally, corners and niches, perches, and nests should be sprayed with diatomaceous earth spray, and Milb Protect should be mixed into the drinking water.
