The float drinkers always provide fresh, clean water for chickens, pigeons, young turkeys, and other poultry. As soon as an animal drinks, fresh water flows through the float valve, ensuring the optimal water level is always maintained in the drinker. This means the drinkers require only a relatively small surface area through which dirt can enter the water.

During installation, care should be taken to ensure that all animals have easy access to the water. Thanks to the very low weight of the float drinkers and the included connection plate, they can be screwed directly onto the wire mesh. Ideally, the drinkers are connected to a storage container. This allows you to always keep an eye on the amount of water used. In addition, they can also be used to effectively improve water quality or feed utilization. For larger flocks, several drinkers can be connected and centrally supplied from a storage tank.

The poultry float drinker is available in two sizes, differing in the dimensions of the drinking bowl.

Note:

• This drinking system is only suitable for use with low water pressure. If you want to connect the drinking system to a high water pressure (for example, directly to the water pipe), a water tank with a float valve must be used. The maximum permissible water pressure is that which occurs at a height difference of 40 cm between the bowl drinker and the water level in the water tank with a float valve.
