High-performance flap disc specially designed for machining steel with extreme stock removal performance and maximum service life. Grinds up to 1 kg of steel in 15 to 20 minutes – thus enormous cost savings!
Thanks to the viscoelastic backing plate made of natural fiber compound, it adapts perfectly to the workpiece surface and creates clean grinding transitions (saves a lot of rework).
Newly developed high-tech zirconium mesh enables previously unattainable grinding performance on steel and stainless steel, with "cool" grinding.
The backing plate is made of an innovative natural fiber compound and is completely fiberglass-free! The viscoelastic backing plate enables easy trimming of the outer diameter during the grinding process. This allows 100% utilization of the disc (significant cost-saving potential). Slightly angled (5° angle). Vibration-damping, heat- and noise-absorbing thanks to natural fiber properties with significantly improved surfaces and grinding transitions and less rework.
