The traditional Christmas Stollen has become an integral part of the Christmas season. Cut the cake into thin or thick slices as desired and enjoy it your own personal way. Juicy raisins and the slightly tangy flavor of candied fruit enhance this heavy yeast dough stollen, which is especially delicious spread with butter. Fine powdered sugar coats this specialty, giving it its typically wintery appearance.
