Gardigo's dog and cat repellent uses ultrasound to drive the animals away from these places.
A motion detector registers when an animal is nearby and the ultrasonic sound starts. The high-pitched tones are initially perceived unconsciously, but in the long run become very unpleasant, and the animals look for a quieter, more pleasant place to stay.
The animals are not scared away, and the sounds are harmless. A switch allows you to choose between "Ultrasonic sound only" or "Ultrasonic sound with LED flashing light."
