An ideal product for repairing exhaust systems in the automotive sector. ThermoSteel from the QuikSteel range is a highly heat-resistant metal cold welding compound. Cracks, holes, and indentations are sealed, and after curing, the repair area takes on the properties (strength, temperature resistance) of steel.
Thermosteel has a major advantage over welding: The contact points do not rust - a problem with welding: contact corrosion.
The repair area can be reworked at any time after curing (sanded, painted, drilled, etc.).
