The new "Aeroplus 6000" composter is characterized not only by its successful design but also by its intelligent multi-chamber system, which delivers excellent compost in a short time without the need for laborious turning. The "Aeroplus 6000" was developed in close collaboration with the University of Microbiology in several years of testing.

Turning takes place inside the composter. Mixing and aeration occur when the chambers are emptied. Only the multi-chamber system, optimized through long series of tests, makes it possible to transfer a larger quantity of fresh compost material at once from collection chamber A to composting chamber B. Here, the all-round supply of oxygen means that composting begins particularly intensively when heated and the volume is reduced, and moisture is released. Composting can proceed undisturbed here, as fresh material initially returns to collection chamber A. The largely composted material is transported via rotary flap C to maturing chamber D.

Composting process in detail:
A) Compost material is continuously added to the collection chamber via the large filling flap (wind protection). This chamber is sealed (anaerobic) so that flying insects are largely kept out and the compost material retains its moisture.

B) Once the collection chamber is full, a larger quantity of compost material is added to the composting chamber, which is ventilated on all sides (aerobic). The intensive oxygen supply (supply air summer/winter control) ensures rapid composting with intensive heating. A lot of moisture is released, the volume becomes significantly smaller, and the collection chamber can be emptied into the composting chamber up to 3 times.

C) After approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the amount of compost and the time of year, once the composting chamber is filled, the largely decomposed compost is emptied into the maturing chamber via the rotating floor using an external hand crank.

D) In ​​the maturing chamber, the largely composted material is quickly transformed into valuable compost through intensive soil contact and a variety of soil organisms. It can be easily removed via the opposite removal flaps.
