These shears have proven themselves over the years and are indispensable aids for butchering game, fish, and poultry.
Unlike standard butchers, which use blunt or convex counter-blades, our shears are slim and handy. The slim tips allow you to pierce the muscle meat between the ribs, separating the ribs without pre-cutting. This requires less effort than conventional shears.
Thanks to the use of INOX stainless steel, the shears are easy to care for and clean.
The non-slip handles make them particularly suitable for smaller hands. The blade is serrated to prevent the meat from slipping out of the shears during cutting, ensuring a smooth cut.
Due to the blade shape and the material (HRC50), the scissors stay sharp for a very long time and only need to be resharpened after a long period of use.
