The ever-popular woodworm infests built-up wood and can cause significant damage to building materials and wooden furniture. The larvae of the common woodworm, which are only a few millimeters in size, can chew through entire pieces of furniture or, in the worst case, even severely damage the supporting beams of houses. Are you struggling with one of these annoying wood-eaters? Then Kluthe's Woodworm Kill is just the thing for you. This water-dilutable wood preservative is used to combat and protect against new infestations such as woodworm, house longhorn beetles, and sapwood beetles. It also provides preventative protection against insect and mold infestation. Areas of Application: This woodworm killer is suitable for all types of wood and materials that require preventative or combative treatment against insect infestation. E.g. roof trusses, stairs, furniture, works of art, etc. Wooden objects used to store feed and food, as well as beehives, should not be treated.
First, thoroughly clean the affected wooden element of dirt and wood dust. Then fill a suitable spray bottle with Kluthe Woodworm Death and use it to treat the damaged wood. Be sure to follow the instructions for use, as well as the hazard warnings and safety advice. The product can also be brushed onto the affected area.
