Steam engine kit D9 (TYPE D10)

The Wilesco D9 steam engine kit is identical in construction to the popular Wilesco D10 and is therefore particularly suitable for hobbyists and steam engine enthusiasts interested in this model.
The drive mechanism of the D9 steam engine is equipped with a double-acting cylinder, which is significantly more powerful than models with oscillating cylinders. The model is also equipped with a complete steam control system and a centrifugal regulator.
The boiler of the D9 steam engine has a volume of 155 cm³ and a size of 115 mm x 45 mm. The residual water in the boiler does not negatively affect the durability of the engine and can be easily emptied "overhead" after removing the filler valve.
The D9 model is also equipped with an authentic, steaming chimney, which provides additional real steam fun. The condensate is channeled from the cylinder into a condensate tray at the rear of the boiler house, resulting in a smoking chimney. Like all Wilesco steam engine models, the D9 model is distinguished by its outstanding craftsmanship.
