Prepare a tasty, fat-free grilled chicken and roasted vegetables and potatoes at the same time. Fill the tray with water, beer, wine, or broth and insert the perforated tray: The evaporating liquid gently cooks and flavors the chicken inside, making it juicy and tender. At the same time, your side dishes cook healthily and low in fat on the steamer insert (perforated tray). The poultry roaster's perforated, removable drip tray drains away excess fat. The aluminum spike ensures faster and even cooking from the inside.
You can also bake pizzas, tarts, and quiches. Thanks to the perforated tray, they will be beautifully crispy thanks to air and heat circulation. You can even easily prepare shashlik by simply inserting a well-loaded meat or vegetable skewer into the holes in the draining unit. The set is also suitable for steaming in the oven.
