The practical spacer is continuously adjustable from 0.5 to 2.5 cm using a scale. Choose between thin and thick slices. Freshly cut food lasts longer and tastes much better. This high-quality all-purpose and bread knife is 34.5 cm long (blade 19.5 cm) and is made of stainless steel and BPA-free ABS hard plastic.
